Today we received most of the ex-dairy tanks which will become the brewery plant. They may not look much right now, but they're perfect for conversion. The white cylindrical tank will become the copper, and the mash tun will be made from one of the square ones. We also got on with painting the walls before knocking off early to watch the Monty Python night on BBC2.
