Building Fisherrow Brewery:

Tuesday October 12th 1999

At last, a photogenic day - sparks, welding and big, yellow JCBs. The welder started work on turning one of the tanks into part of a cask-washer, and Rab planned the electrics. We had a metal delivery, and a tank arrived with lots of pipes, valves and associted stuff. This tank will become the hot liquour tank in time. By the time we had to go off to a Brewers' Guild jolly, you could hardly move for tanks. Eight more are due in the morning.
